We are a team of professionals that have the collective knowledge to assist people in their search for care in a residential care facility for the elderly. We provide our clients with a face to face service that is professional and aimed at getting your loved one the care that they deserve.
We are committed to providing you with the assistance you need with scheduling tours, helping with paperwork, and doing the leg-work necessary to make the lives of our clients as easy as possible.
Delta Senior Referral Services is contracted with over 50 facilities in San Joaquin County and that number is growing! We take pride in doing business with each residential care home that we are contracted with. This means we have a great relationship with the care homes and staff.
Our team strives to make visits to each care home throughout the year and we have done our very best to ensure that they are suitable to provide care to anyone needing their services. We understand that everyone has a different care need and there are tons of different situations for each individual. You can count on us to provide you with a great service and we will always aim to make it just right the very first time.
Layla is a proud USAF Veteran and has been involved in the senior industry since 2010.
Layla has loved being around older adults since she was a young gal. She spent a lot of time around her grandparents and the women in her neighborhood.
The moment Layla started working in a nursing home, she knew she was in an industry she was destined work in!
Layla has two amazing teenage kids a awesome dog and a has been married 17 years!
Her hobbies include crafting, local thrift store visits, making over old pieces of furniture and visiting California cities and beaches with her family.
She takes extreme pride and ownership in her new business and also enjoys paying it forward and gifting!
Jenanne’s heart has always felt fullest when helping seniors. As a young girl, she felt inspired to work with seniors through time spent with her grandfather in long-term care, and school outings to local convalescent homes. Feeling particularly affected when witnessing seniors suffering the effects of stroke, she was compelled to received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, focusing on geriatric care.
Jenanne has worked in senior care locally since 2008, holding positions as a director of marketing and executive director. Her background and experience help to provide families with an accurate summary of their local options, guiding the process using a consultative and compassionate approach, and ultimately aiming to make the decision process as smooth and seamless as possible.
Jenanne is a third-generation Lodian, whose most treasured time is with her two-year-old boy and girl twins, and her loving, supportive husband. Her hobbies include carpentry, interior design, gardening and enjoying the great outdoors.
