Delta Senior Referral Services is a local placement agency that serves people ages 60 and older who are seeking assisted living communities, 6 bed residential care homes, memory care facilities, those needing short term (respite) solutions as well as hospice care.
Our service areas include: San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Sacramento counties. We are blessed in the fact that we have expanded our service areas & can touch multiple counties!

Delta Senior Referral Services understands that not one care plan fits all. Each client has different needs and a specific setting to make their placement successful.
Placing our clients successfully is priority to us, oftentimes that can include additional supportive services.
